Refund policy

We aim to provide our guests with a wonderful stay. However, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your check-in date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made 15–29 days prior to check-in will be refunded 50% of the booking amount.
    • Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 15 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.

  • Special Conditions:

    • If unforeseen events such as travel bans or natural disasters prevent you from arriving, please contact us at info@orugendoferienhaus.de to discuss potential options.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect the property upon arrival. If you notice any damage, missing amenities, or other issues, contact us immediately at info@orugendoferienhaus.de so we can address the matter promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Cancellable Bookings

  • Bookings made at discounted or promotional rates are non-refundable.
  • We cannot process refunds for additional services such as cleaning fees, transport arrangements, or optional packages unless explicitly stated in the booking agreement.

Refund Process

If eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after cancellation or after an approved inspection of the property following check-out.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@orugendoferienhaus.de.

European Union Residents

For guests residing in the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies to bookings made online. You may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund within this timeframe, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to check-in.

Changes to Your Booking

To modify your booking dates or details, contact us at info@orugendoferienhaus.de. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
